says “vail when you shop in store or shipping” what does that mean? when you shop “for” the card or “with” the card?
My order was automatically canceled for one of the following reasons (tho none of these reasons applied):
• Purchase limit exceeded: We’ve applied purchase limits to ensure as many families as possible have access to essentials and other high-demand items. (Order was less than advertised amount.)
• Payment issue: Our system was unable to verify the payment method used was secure. (Payment source was Target cc — and order was processed by a Target rep on the phone.)
•Activity not supported on Target.com: Our system flagged the order due to activity not allowed on the site. (Can’t figure this one out, again because an agent put it through.)
Try ordering it through PayPal get past this issue.
