This is a fantastic spice for an easy shabbos roast.
Sprinkle Montreal seasoning and salt on a chuck eye roast. Sear all sides in a hot pan. Cover and put in oven on 325 for about 3 hours, or until a fork goes through it easily.
Let cool and slice with a non serrated knife. Reserve the juice for serving in a gravy boat.
