As we’ve posted for over a decade on the first day of Spring, Rita’s will be handing out free Ices today! I had my first Rita’s 20 years ago as a 13 year old when I went away to high school in Pittsburgh and still have one whenever I return to visit.
All locations will have free ices between 12pm-9pm. Limit of 1 free ices per person in line.
Flavors rotate by the day, but if you’re lucky your local store will have some of my favorites, like Passion Fruit or Chocolate Peanut Butter. Many stores also take requests for flavors if you call them the day before. What’s your favorite flavor?
Disclaimer: While Rita’s products are all kosher, only select stores are under rabbinical kosher supervision and only the water ices are parve. There are more than a dozen kosher certified stores in CA, CT, FL, NJ, NV, NY, MD, PA, and VA.

It’s a shame the Miami Beach location on 41st ST hasn’t opened up yet. Would have been great on this 89 degree afternoon.
I’m not sure if all products in every Rita’s is kosher. Many of them may sell products that are not even OUD. Are you 100% sure all products in all stores are kosher?
