- You will need to verify your mobile number to get the credit. The number can’t be associated with a previous DoorDash account or else you won’t get credit.

- Note that you should call the restaurant a few minutes after placing a DoorDash order to let them know to put a kosher seal on your delivery!
- Despite what Doordash claims, they do not pass on your actual tip to drivers, so you’ll want to lower your tip to $0 (or $0.50 if it wont take $0), and then tip your driver in cash.

Don’t order from this unethical company. They pocket all tips meant for drivers.
I don’t understand. Employees don’t keep tips, so let’s make them lose their jobs?
We say in all of these posts: “Despite what Doordash claims, they do not pass on your actual tip to drivers, so you’ll want to lower your tip to $0 (or $0.50 if it wont take $0), and then tip your driver in cash.”
As long as you give no tip in the app and you tip cash, the drivers actually come out on top of other delivery services.
Exactly. They don’t want to do business with doordash because they the customer feel like they (DD) are downright treating the delivery drivers like trash. Yet, if there is a coupon to save money (where DD is either breaking out even even possibly losing money on it) the customer still decides not to give them business. But if they have any logic, they are not giving doordash a profit and they are Benefiting the drivers with cash tips and hence more delivery’s because DD has these types of promotions…
People… please use your head and think outside of the box.
