I’m targeted but it doesn’t seem to work for the 2 places I tried. “Unfortunately this promotion is not available at this location”.

Saw this 2 hours ago. Also had a promo for 25% off, up to $10, today only, code is “LOOKACODE”.
Was targeted, received email and app notification, however when apply: “Unfortunately your account is not eligible…”
Got the email then truer using and received this message as well “Unfortunately this promotion is not available at this location”.
@JJ : Is there a problem using doordash chase credits on 31Dec2021? Charges might get posted on 01Jan2022.
Yes! I did this last year 12/31/2020 and used up my 2021 credits!
Mine posted 1/1/2022 and CS is saying cannot credit. T&C does state “The DoorDash Statement Credit will be issued for the year in which the transaction posts to your account. For example, if you pay for a DoorDash food order, but DoorDash does not post the transaction until after the current annual period ends, the cost of the DoorDash purchase will be allocated towards the following year’s annual statement maximum of $60.”

It disappeared from wallet but I could enter “BYE2021” and redeem.
Placed 2 different orders from different restaurants. One order was cancelled by Doordash. The reason they gave is the restaurant didn’t pick up the call. And now I lot one use of the coupon. Contacted support but they will give credit to future orders if I place the order. So one order is at full price now. Bad Doordash.

chase refuses to give credit
I made the $60 doordash order as you posted on dec 31st. Chase can see it was ordered on Dec 31st but it didn’t post till Jan 1 so they won’t reimburse my purchase
Dans deals got this one wrong. Cost me $57. They won’t reimburse me
As the post says, it was a targeted offer. It worked for me, but won’t work for all. Nobody said anything about reimbursement, it was a targeted coupon code.
