Hyatt account linked to AA but it won’t allow me to register 🙁
same
“At this time, you don’t meet the qualifications for this offer. Make sure that your World of Hyatt and American Airlines AAdvantage® accounts are linked to receive exclusive benefits and to be informed about future limited time offers. “
When did you link your Hyatt and AA accounts?
When they first started their partnership…
It’s a targeted offer @Dan
Hyatt told me that it would be open to everyone who linked their accounts.
Same here.
I got the same message. I’m globalist and my accounts are linked.
Worked for me. I’ll reach out to Hyatt to see what’s going on.
Hyatt rep left off the targeted part of the heads up. Added to post.
Same here.
Nice!
Yup same here. Accounts linked a while back. I am going away next week to Hyatt so would love to get this Promo working before then.
Not working for me. I have my accounts linked and have done previous AA Hyatt promos without issue.
I am also getting that error that i dont quality (accounts already linked).reached out to my globalist concierge and she said it’s targeted.
Checking in to a hyatt tonight would love to be able to register !
Doesn’t work here either.
Not targeted,
Reached out to concierge and was informed its targeted, this was before article said targeted.
@dan did they directly not say it’ll be targeted? Or they usually just say something like; look out for a new offer.
worked for me. Thanks
This is the msg I received:
“you must reach an elite tier—Discoverist or higher—to link your World of Hyatt and American Airlines AAdvantage® accounts. There’s another way to link accounts. If your AAdvantage® status is Gold or higher you can go to aa.com to link your World of Hyatt and AAdvantage® accounts.”
Didn’t work for me. I don’t have status with American but I have Globalist light with Hyatt.
My concierge also just wrote me it was targeted. So what is the story as to why you said if we had previously linked with AA, and of course I did, and got the exec plat, but she wrote me only the qualified guestse getting the offer! And why do bloggers publish targeted offers that only disappoints the ones who aren’t targeted and who then feel a bit resentful?
Hyatt send it to me without saying it was targeted. I had no problem registering and posted it.
After people commented that it didn’t work for them, Hyatt clarified that it was targeted and I added targeted to the post.
