They take your details when you’re at the front of the queue.
How do they contact you to let you know you’re at the front?

I found it was actually better to refresh at noon. Waiting in line places you in line after noon based on when your browser refreshes
And as a first responder (they had a free offer for us too) I do not know anyone who was able to get Crocs on this similar offer. It’s hurry up and wait…. Not to receive anything but… “Please try again tomorrow”.

I was able to get a free pair a few weeks ago as a Hatzalah member. It was totally free, no shipping or any credit card required. I was only allowed to choose size not color, and they sent me a lime green pair. Oh well…
I and a few others got in the 1st responder one. Trick we used was to just leave the page open in browser at least 1 hour prior. I think there was more success when they had the 8pm giveaways instead of 12pm. They actually sent us 2 and didn’t want the extra back.
